Civil environmental project design team members who work on environmental projects; suitable for those from drafting level to project manager

This class will cover using AutoCAD Civil 3D and AutoCAD Map 3D on environmental projects. The class describes how to use GIS and civil design tools for sustainable design and compliance with LEED® requirements. Data management features, design features, visualization, and project delivery via the web using Autodesk MapGuide® will be covered. We will use features in Map 3D such as FDO, topology, and database linking, as well as explore data management methods that can help you hit project milestones in a fraction of the time needed for conventional methods. In addition, the class will cover solving stormwater problems to meet basic project and LEED requirements.
